Lexus Premium Raffle Terms and Conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Million Dollar Lunch, Friday, 23 August 2024, at Palladium at Crown. The Lexus of Blackburn Premium Raffle ticket price is $1,500 with 300 tickets on sale. Tickets are drawn in order of prize value commencing with the highest value item.
A ticket that has been drawn is not eligible to be drawn again. Where a prize winner chooses to donate the item to the Children’s Cancer Foundation that item will be entered into the Grand Auction or sold at another date.
Conditions apply to some prizes where indicated. Items cannot be exchanges or transferred for cash.
Results will be published online at www.childrenscancerfoundation.com.au on Wednesday, 28 August 2024. Minor gaming permit number 10306/24. Raffle is drawn and audited by RSM Australia.
All prizes are wholly donated and the Children’s Cancer Foundation will receive all proceeds from the raffle.

- The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

Grand Auction Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions
The Auctioneer is in charge of all bidding and has the final authority in the event of a dispute. All items are considered purchased, at the risk and expense of the purchaser, at the fall of the hammer.
As auction items are donated by third parties, the Children’s Cancer Foundation will not be liable under any circumstances and gives no warranty on any auction item offered (where applicable manufacturer’s warranty will apply).
All sales are final and there will be no exchange or refund on any item. No item can be redeemed for cash. Payment by the successful bidder is to be made immediately following the auction.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the successful bid is required immediately following the auction on all items. A successful bidder accepts that any balance outstanding on their auction item will be charged to their credit card on Friday, 20 September 2024, unless final settlement is made prior to this date, excluding the Media Package, where a duly authorised officer of the successful company purchasing the package is required to authorise specific payment terms.
All major credit cards are accepted and EFTPOS facilities are available. Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be redeemed within 12 months of the auction date. All auction items are subject to terms and conditions: please see your host for details.
Bidding for an auction item is acknowledgement that you accept the terms and conditions associated with the auction item.
The Media Package is non-commissionable; where media redemption certificates are for national bookings these cannot be converted into state bookings, unless specified in the media outlet’s terms and conditions.
Redemption certificates will be issued once the successful bidder has authorised the payment terms and paid the deposit.

Flights to London

- Travel must be completed by the 23rd of August 2025.
- Both passengers must travel with the same flight itinerary.
- Tickets are not valid for travel during blackout periods that may be assigned to this destination.
- Emirates is not responsible for insurance, visas or any other miscellaneous costs relating to your flight or other travel arrangements.
- A valid passport is required for all international journeys. Please advise all passport details and contact information at the time of making your booking.
- These tickets are valid on Emirates Airline only and are non-transferable,
non-re-routable, non-endorsable and non-cashable.
- Once tickets are issued, any change in date is subject to additional charges/fees payable by the passenger.
- The passenger is entitled to the normal baggage allowance as per the existing allowances.
- Tickets provided do not include applicable taxes and levies and are payable by the passenger at the time of the booking.
- Emirates Skywards miles are not applicable on these tickets.

- The advertising package includes an allocation of serviced media value, at official AFL Media Rates (at time of purchase) to be used across the following pillars:

- The advertiser must not belong to a competitive category of ANY AFL Official Corporate Partners.

Foxtel Media – $100,000
- The advertising package is valid from 23rd August 2024 to 23rd August 2025.
- The advertising package will be null and void at the end of this term.
- The advertising package is subject to availability across the Foxtel Media suite of assets and is booked run of network. Airtime is not transferable for cash.

Seven Network – $65,000
- Voucher needs to be supplied to Seven West Media & applied to your campaign
- GST applicable to net amount.
- The value is costed at market rate.

- The placement of this airtime will be mutually agreed with the successful winner.

- Booking is for two (2) people only and is not transferable, available for sale or redeemable for cash.
