A jewel in the dining room’s crown, the Palm Room sits atop the Russell Street dining mezzanine with sweeping views over the restaurant, cocktail bar and leafy Russell Street beyond. An intimate, semi-private space featuring antique Murano glass chandeliers and artwork by Tony Clark, it reflects the classic European charm of the building.

The menu will collect an array of Gimlet classics (introduced on the night by the chef), with tableside French 75s on arrival and other beverages to match.
