TV Lifestyle Special – Seeking Family

The Children’s Cancer Foundation is seeking one special family (in Victoria, Australia) to participate in a lifestyle special for a major Australian television network. We welcome all families, at any stage of their cancer treatment to share their story. The TV producers aim to make this TV opportunity a beautiful experience that your family will treasure.

How has your family been impacted by childhood cancer? What obstacles and challenges have you had to overcome together? And what have you learnt along this journey? If you are ready to share your story with Australia, then we want to hear from you.

Please complete all parts of the ‘Expression of Interest Form’ with as much detail as possible by 11.59pm, Sunday, 22 July 2018. Each applicant will be contacted by a member of our team.

The Foundation respects your privacy. Your personal information will remain confidential and only be shared with the producers of the documentary, in line with our Privacy Policy. You must provide personal information, which is in all respects true, accurate and is not misleading, deceptive or inaccurate.
